Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us with your order details and our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
