TechVibe Standard Checking Warranty

We provide a 3-Month (90-Day) Hardware Checking Warranty included with every purchase to ensure your device is 100% functional.

✅ What is Covered:
- Major hardware such as RAM, SSD, HDD, Camera, Speaker, Mic, Keyboard, and Battery.

❌ What is NOT Covered (Strict Exclusions):
- Physical Damage: Any cracks, dents, or signs of dropping.
- Screen/Display: Any lines, dots, or broken glass appearing after purchase.
- Liquid Damage: Any moisture or liquid spillage.
- Wear and tear or mishandling.

Note: The original invoice and an intact TechVibe Security Seal are mandatory for all claims.

Warranty Upgrade Option:
- Standard Plan: 3-Month Checking Warranty (Included)
- Premium Plan: 6-Month Extended Hardware Warranty (+150 AED)
- Premium Plan: 1-YEAR Extended Hardware Warranty (+250 AED)

Details for the Upgrade Warranty Plan:
- Covers the same hardware components (Keyboard, Camera, Speaker, Battery, Charger) for a full 180 days.
- The same exclusions apply (No coverage for Physical/Dead/Screen damage).

Refund & Exchange:
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.
- Exchange Only: If a fault is found within the covered components and cannot be repaired, we will offer an exchange for the same model or a similar unit of equal value.
